header problem:
Comptech header, and it clears the firewall but unfortunately, not the
steering rack on the EG (and rear crossmember on EK)
EK kits are available from hasport, EG/DC kits from hybrid-racing.
both of them offer axles.
immobilizer:
3 ways to solute this problem:
JDM ECUs has no immobilizer, or go for TODA, or HONDATA flush
K24's block is 3/4 inch taller than K20
about the axles: (in EG/DC application)
Some people are using the 02 Civic Si axles, but they are shorter than edeal.
By the way, the K20A Type R axles are longer than the Si and type S axles.
You could probably get away with it depending on HP, clutch type, car weight
and available traction (slicks, track conditions, etc...)
in order to do the swap EG console has to be modified
DC's can't be used here.
