so I try to answer you in English as possible as I can.
The meaning of ability has two difference explanations,
ex1, indicates the status of fact that can do it,
it ususally be used like the following example:
" the ability to do something.... "
ex2, means the quality or skill that you have which makes it possible
for you to do something.
However, the explanation of skill , which emphasizes the specific type of work
or activity which requires special training and knowledge.
For the cosideration of corresponding your decriptions,
you can probably choose one of these to fulfil your requirement.
