我國的航空科技政策應有何前瞻性規劃？

What Foreseeing Policy Should Our Country have in the Aeronautical Science
and Technology?
(4 full pages of A-4 paper, single line space, 14 pt. word.)

評分標準 (Grading policy)：

觀念(concept), 說理邏輯(theory and logics), 通順(fluent),
是否與我國實際需要相近(how close to the real situation of our country?)


想請問板上的各位，要朝怎樣方向，才會讓這份報告較容易書寫，找資料也方便。

老師上課都放discovery的影片，沒啥概念啊！
