最近對公司倦怠 無聊跑去偷找工作看看
上星期去面試一家NASDAQ上市的新加坡公司日本分公司
跟CEO談了半小時 他竟然就一直叫我馬上去報到.... =_=
但是竟然不是東京 是叫我去南京的研發中心 orz
可是很多細節都還沒談清楚就要我去
就勞簽證 薪水 稅金 職位 交接的時間都沒搞清楚
只有一句話叫我去南京帶研發中心.... @@||||
最近CEO和CFO每天車輪打電話找我
吼 就一堆條件待釐清是在急個屁 =_=
日本公司又不能說跑就烙跑
這樣以後會在業界混不下去耶
搞半天今天有點小火
就寫MAIL回去給他們CEO, CFO和日本代表
把條件講清楚 接下就等他們的誠意了
反正我也沒有很想去南京
誠意不夠的話就算了 :PPP
不過後來想想 這封信好像寫得有點機車 XD
算了 :P

The Current Issues Need To Be Considered

Hello Mr. Han, Ms. Anny, & Ms. Asai,
Thanks for your call yesterday and today, actually I am having a long
meeting from early evening until midnight and am unable to call you
back, I apologize for this.
I am trying to figure out the whole situation in these few days,
'cause I still can't get any detail information in some clear data
form. I have sent a mail to Ms. Asai and put some issues in it, maybe
you can take a look if it's convenient for you.
Here I put those issues again and in English below, sure you can also
take references from the original Japanese version I mailed to Ms.
Asai. It will be great help if you can kindly answer those concerns.
1.
In order to prevent an interruption on the project I am taking
responsibility, I have to hand my job over to the next person, so
there should be at least one month preparation before I can complete
my resign processes in the current company. This is quite important in
Japan for they consider this as a sign of personal social responsibility.
2.
It is a great opportunity for me to have the chance to go to Nanjing
and gain my working experience in China. However, since I've already
settled up my living environment in Japan, including my rental
apartment, mobile phone, broadband internet services, and other daily
services, I don't want to lose my current working visa and my
certificate of foreigner registration. So if it is possible, I will
prefer to be hired in Japan, receive my salary in Japan, and go to
Nanjing as for a business trip. Maybe back to Japan once a month
or so, but that will not be a big problem.
3.
About the salary issue, Mr. Han has mentioned a little during our talk
last Saturday. I do consider the Bonus and Stock Option system a great
solution for employees. But in my personal case, I am planning and
willing to live in Japan for long. For this purpose, although the tax
in Japan is considered heavier than other Asian countries, I still
want to keep a complete tax paying record in Japan to take advantages
for I will apply for the Japanese Nationality in the future years. In
the other hand, one of the main reasons I am planning to find a new
job is because I don't think the current salary I got is reasonable
for me. According to the consuming level in Japan and my personal
need, if the assured salary does not change obviously comparing to my
recent one, I think I should consider more for the pros and cons about
this offer.
I do believe your business will be successful in the coming mobile
entertaining revolutions, and I am really interested in this. So it
will be easier to help me get into the situation if you can kindly
give some confident information for me. Thanks.
