In my opinion, I think that using SAE 10W40 engine oil is good for
long distance. This is because it usually provides cool air stably.
It would have nice performance to use SAE 20W50, 15W50 or higher
level when motorcycle works in city. Because it usually runs short
distance, it does not have enough air flow to take out waste heat
immediately.
If you are mad or you have motorcycle for racing, I beleive that you
need use SAE 10W60 or unlimited level to suit heavy works. This is
because engine always perform as maximum as it can do. Thus, engine
need be protected everytime.
Anyway, I beleive that you may look for an engine oil that suits
your requirement and also your price. In addition, there is no
magical oil but there is only a fake oil that you should not use.
