There are a lot of modifications of the M1
from 2002 to 2006 including chasis,
air dynamics, engine, fuel injection system, EMS (engine management system)
, swing arm, vertical stiffness and suspension etc..
And introduce 'fly-by-wire' system to control more parameter
s simultaneously (engine brake:speed, gear, lean angle)
