      美國著名摩托組織 Ironbutt (鐵屁股?!)所建議的長途騎乘注意要項。
      要項中有幾個因為國情的不同所以在台灣旅遊的騎士可以忽略不顧。

      #Ironbutt Association，以長途騎乘活動或競賽為主的摩托團體。
       欲申請會員者必須先完成最基本的24hrs/1000miles的挑戰，稱之
       為 SaddleSore 1000。

   1) Know your limits and plan your trip around them.
      清楚自己的極限並且據之以計畫行程
   2) Forget about high speeds
      勿迷信高速神話
   3) Leave your drugs and coffee supply at home.
      勿攜帶提神藥物和咖啡飲品
   4) Prepare your motorcycle before the trip.
      早早在旅乘前整理好車子
   5) Avoid adding accessories or doing maintenance immediately before a trip.
      避免出發前才加改裝或維修車子
   6) Use an electric vest
      使用電熱夾克背心
   7) Pack wisely; keep personal supplies handy.
      有技巧地打包，個人物品放在易取之處
   8) Be ready before you leave, don't waste time shopping on the road.
      出發前準備妥當，勿浪費時間在旅途中瞎拼
   9) Learn how to avoid boredom
      學習如何排遣無聊
  10) Join a towing service
      加入道路救援組織或托吊服務
  11) Learn to Stop to go Faster.
      充分的休息是為了更快地進行旅程
  12) Know when to stop!
      知道何時停車休息
  13) Maintain a good mental attitude.
      保有良好的精神態度
  14) Eat healthy foods.
      食用健康的餐點
  15) Eat at the right times of the day.
      在正確的時間進餐
  16) Separate gas stops from food stops
      加油與進食點要分開
  17) Get gas before you need it.
      在後悔沒油前加滿油箱
  18) Put on your rain suit before it rains!
      下雨前著裝好雨具
  19) Carry a flat repair kit and know how to use it!
      攜帶補胎工具並且知道如何使用
  20) Carry a Cellular phone.
      攜帶通訊器材
  21) Upgrade your tool kit.
      升級你的隨車工具
  22) Carry at least one-half gallon of water.
      攜帶至少半加崙的清水
  23) Carry aspirin for aches and pains.
      攜帶阿斯匹靈
  24) Pack a variety of vitamins.
      準備各種維他命補給品
  25) If you own a computer, consider purchasing a mapping program.
      有電腦的人可以考慮購買相關的地圖軟體
  26) When riding back roads, be extra cautious when crossing county lines
      進入不同州際時，特別要注意不同的當地法規或道路狀況
  27) Never ride faster than you can stop!
      決不以超過你能安全煞停的速度行車
  28) Do you want to live? Stay away from trucks!
      避開卡車連結車
  29) Eliminate all distractions/irritants.
      將所有無關的分心事情拋在腦後
